12-Month Carry-In Warranty
All desktops, laptops, AIOs, and servers are covered by a
12-month carry-in warranty unless otherwise stated. This includes:
-Full hardware and software support during the warranty period.
-Courier costs are excluded, customers are responsible for bringing products back to us.
-Support applies only to the original system configuration.
Warranty will be void if:
-The device has been physically altered or tampered with.
-Internal components such as RAM or hard drives have been changed without approval.
-The OS has been changed, removed, downgraded, or upgraded to an unsupported version.
-The device is physically or intentionally damaged.
Only the original OS is supported.
Third-party software or modifications are excluded.
6-Month Battery Warranty Covers batteries against:
-Swelling cells
-Inability to hold charge
-Sudden failure
Not Covered:
-Physical battery damage (punctures, cracked casings not caused by swelling)
Replacements may not match OEM specs but will meet acceptable standards.
Customer Responsibilities It is the customer’s responsibility to:
-Ensure compatibility with third-party software/hardware.
-Maintain the device in its original state to retain warranty.
Software Licensing All Windows operating systems and software are licensed and activated.
A valid key is provided where applicable.
Product Condition Grading
-Grade A: Excellent condition
-Grade B: Minor marks
-Grade C: Noticeable wear, fully functional
Store Collection Terms Collections available Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00.
Orders must be confirmed ready.
Bring ID and order confirmation.
Component Authenticity Replacements may include refurbished or
third-party components matching OEM specifications.
Trade-In Policy We do not currently accept trade-ins or used items for resale or refurbishment
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may return your product for a full refund or replacement of similar specification if:
-Returned within 7 days from delivery/collection
-Device is in original, undamaged condition
-Accompanied by invoice/order number

Shipping & Delivery

-Deliveries within South Africa take 2–5 business days depending on location and number of order.
