Yes, all our refurbished products come with a 12 month warranty. This covers hardware defects and ensures peace of mind with your purchase. (Bataries are 6 months)
Do you offer delivery services?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Delivery is Free for orders above R2000.00
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging. Refunds or replacements are subject to our assessment.
Do you offer tech support or installations?
Yes, we provide expert tech support, including software troubleshooting, hardware repairs, and installations for bulk orders. With our recent partnership with Van Tech, we now specialize in on-site installations as well.
